A CALLING WIND by *locifeatures a wonderful element of organic flow. the colors and the shapes they make create make a nice emotion. on top of all that, the title seems to pull the concept together. take a look. (Featured by `alphaosiris)

gorgeous. i definitely get the sense of wind. a very strong, unforgiving wind.
:iconinsanellamagirl:
wow. i thought this was watercolours. it is simply amazing how you manipulated your medium. this reminds me of that song from pocahontas "colours of the wind". its like the wind is moving so fast its picking up the colours from the earth, brilliant.
also, wonderful choice of colours.

There this is a first time I will comment to a DD. I love this painting it is beautiful and fluent. It reminds me of the inside of the shell, of pewter the way it is layered and the colours flow. The light of the painting is beautiful. Reminds me also of something divine, a hope maybe. Wind is very special for me, and this defenitely summarises it. Win usually speaks to you, carresses you, carries you and guides you through the life, the painting itself is like soul, a guide for the soul. Splending, perfect, transcendent, beautiful.

I want to touch it!

Beautiful... Reminds me of the abalone shells that would lie outside my grandpa's door on the cement porch. I would sometimes rub it with cloth, entertaining myself for hours by seeing each new color that would emerge from its depths. I would look at it forever, if only I didn't need to sleep. ^^

It's lustrous! How di dyou achieve the metallic form in the middlemost area? I would have never seen this in my mind. It's like something nature itself would paint. Simply splendid!
